All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline any project that we determine is outside our scope of work or expertise.
Free estimates are provided based on the information you give us. Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes or if we discover unforeseen conditions during the project. We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding with additional work.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise stated. Material costs and labor rates may change after this period.
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Late payments may result in interest charges or suspension of warranty services. Unpaid balances may be sent to collections.
We will do our best to complete your project on time. However, weather, material availability, and other factors beyond our control may cause delays. We are not liable for damages caused by reasonable delays.
If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice. Last-minute cancellations may result in fees.
We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or natural wear and tear.
Concrete is a natural material that may develop minor surface cracks over time. This is normal and typically does not affect structural integrity.
You grant us access to your property to complete the work. You are responsible for securing pets and ensuring a safe work environment. We will take reasonable care to protect your property but are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, landscaping, or other items not marked or disclosed before work begins.
You must mark or identify any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other buried infrastructure before we start digging or excavating.
Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage. Claims related to our work should be submitted according to the terms of your service agreement.
